Watsu and Rehab in San Luis Obispo

Watsu is a manual aquatic therapy technique that uses the flow of warm water and buoyancy to provide gentle mobilization of joints and soft tissue. With continuous support from the water and flotation devices, the client is floated and moved through a series of gentle yet deep stretches. This technique is profoundly relaxing and the body can be moved beyond its limitations and thus bring new life into long neglected connective tissue with new possibilities of freedom.

Who can benefit: Clients that have Stress/ Tension and Muscle Spasticity; Clients with Chronic Pain, Muscle Guarding, and Limited Range of Motion.
